Provide ways to help and influence individuals entering our trade.
Objectives
- Educating, Influencing, and Providing Resources to the steel industry to up and coming talent.
- Increase Committee Membership Diversity; AISC, Trades, High School, Higher Education.
Strategies
- Scholarships to Trade, Collegiate Schools (Engineering, Sales, etc.).
- Presentation time at events.
- Strengthen/increase ties with trade schools, high school, and colleges.
- Open job application source/ weblink on website.
- Email distribution on interest and recruitment
- Assist in increasing number of Schools in Steel Bridge Competition.
