Purpose
To expand and energize RMSCA’s network of partnerships by creating meaningful, mutually beneficial connections that advance advocacy, elevate the industry, and promote steel as the building material of choice.
Objectives
- Build strong, visible connections by assigning dedicated RMSCA liaisons to each partner
- Keep partners engaged through consistent, high-value communication and outreach
- Champion and amplify the benefits of steel across the construction industry
- Actively identify and onboard new partners who align with RMSCA’s mission and vision

- Show up and stand out by actively supporting and participating in partner events
- Create value-driven opportunities by inviting partners to RMSCA-hosted programs and experiences
- Elevate awareness of the Advocacy Committee through compelling digital content, social media, and live event presence
- Partner across RMSCA committees to strengthen membership growth and retention through impactful, partnership-driven initiatives

Emma Hudson is the Owner and Principal of Carrick Strategies, LLC, a mission-driven communications and public affairs firm dedicated to helping values-based organizations succeed at the Capitol. With over a decade of state-level lobbying experience, Emma brings deep expertise in health care, business, and social justice policy, paired with a reputation for honesty, professionalism, and results. Emma has been providing legislative advocacy for CSC since 2022.
Dieter Raemdonck’s practice is focused primarily on government relations matters at the federal, state, and local levels.
As a registered lobbyist, Dieter has invaluable expertise and experience communicating with state, county and municipal officials; state and federal legislators; executive branch employees; and state agencies and regulators. Dieter has been working with CSC since 2023.
